SHIPPING POLICY


Our Shipping Policy was last updated on January 2024

We elected not to build the cost of shipping into every product.  It’s a complicated process and, invariably, the end consumer – YOU – stood to have the least to gain and us, the most!

All orders are shipped from New Jersey & Florida, USA. All international orders are shipped from Amsterdam. 

How long after ordering is my order shipped?

All orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight deliveries are NOT available for any order.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Which carrier do you use?

We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

We also wish to inform you that not all facilities are equipped to process our entire product line which may affect shipping times. 

How long does it take to arrive?

We ship all domestic orders from our USA factory. International orders are shipped from our Amsterdam location. 

  • USA - Within 2-5 business days
  • Canada - Within 4-10 business days
  • Western Europe - Within 5-15 business days
  • Australia/NZ - Within 5-15 business days
  • Rest of the World - Within 5-20 business days

What about customs fees/taxes?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries where there is a very low or no tax-free threshold. If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.

tykult.com does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active after 24 hours.

tykult.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

tykult.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
